The Armadillo Trap is owned and operated by Josh Russell in Sumrall, Mississippi. We manufacture and sell handmade wooden armadillo traps and related accessories.

All products are handmade in the USA. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping times vary based on location. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. OUR 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind our traps with a 90-day guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must set up the trap following our provided instructions and tutorial videos.
  • If you experience difficulty, you must contact Josh directly at (601) 408-1070 for troubleshooting assistance before requesting a refund.
  • The guarantee applies during active armadillo season (May through September). Armadillos are significantly less active outside this window, which may affect trapping success.
  • If, after following all instructions, watching tutorial videos, and utilizing our phone support, you do not catch an armadillo within 90 days during active season, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (OUTSIDE GUARANTEE)

For returns outside of the 90-day guarantee (such as damaged products or order errors), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our traps are designed for the humane capture of armadillos. You are responsible for:

  • Following all setup and usage instructions provided
  • Checking traps daily to ensure captured animals are not left for extended periods
  • Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding wildlife trapping and relocation
  • Using the product in a safe manner

We are not responsible for improper use of our products or failure to follow instructions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Armadillo Trap and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We make no guarantees regarding the time required to capture an armadillo, as results depend on factors beyond our control including armadillo activity, trap placement, and local conditions.
